If this was not the case during the customer's visit, then they should comment about this on the survey form. The contest is open to all individuals who are over the age of eighteen, and live in the United States and Canada. The time period for this particular contest promotion is from October 1 to October 31, 2012. It should also be noted that contestants are required to enter the contest within forty eight hours of their recent store visit. An additional contest requirement also includes the contestant having an authorized and verifiable email address. This means that the email address used must legally belong to the contestant, which helps to avoid any potential contest winning disputes. For those who prefer not to use their email address, there are also two other entry options available. These include mailing in the completed survey form to the address location listed on the survey website, or entering the contest over the telephone by calling a toll-free “800” number. The contest drawing will take place on November 15, 2012, and the winner of the contest will receive $2,000.
